The Criminal Liability of the Forensic Doctor as a Judicial Expert According to Jordanian Law

The judicial expert forensic doctor in Jordan, with his knowledge and experience he has possess, to provide
assistance and to the judge on a specific point, which helps him in resolving the dispute before him,
especially since the latter is difficult to get acquainted with the various types of medical sciences, and it is
not permissible for him to makes a judgment and judge his personal work On the other hand.
The forensic doctor expert is not immune or far from criminal prosecution if he receives a bribe, commits
fraud, betrayed trust, or took a false oath, discloses a secret or submits a false report, and this criminal
responsibility finds a legal basis for it in Jordanian law
