Abstract

This article deals with analysis of work environment in the lens of Public Value. A brief account of our
organization, Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim (PSCCQ), will be outlined along with its mission, vision
and values.
This will be accompanied by a review of what we mean by Public Value, including an overview of the
PSCCQ work environment in the public value perspective, with a discussion on opportunities and obstacles
to the advancement of PSCCQ values and missions.
Finally, this article is an effort to introduce the culture of public value in health services in developing
countries.
