Qualitative content analysis as described in published literature shows conflicts opinions and unsolved issues
regarding meaning and use of concepts, procedure and interpretation in primary health care. This paper provides
an overview of important concepts related to qualitative content analysis; illustrations the use of concepts related
to the research procedure, and proposes measure to achieve community health nurses and community health
worker in rural areas throughout the steps of the research procedure. Interpretation in qualitative content analysis
is discussed in light of practice aspects of community health nurses and community health worker in rural areas
