A sixty-six-year-old male presented with right upper limb weakness of three years duration. Radiological
studies identified an acute infarct with haemorrhagic component and absence of flow in the left middle
cerebral artery. This case report discusses his presentation and effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular
facilitation (PNF) approach in stroke to improve upper limb function
